Therapy isn’t just about getting back on track.
It’s about building the capacity to navigate what comes next.
This shapes how I work.

Hi there, I’m Xinyi.
I’m a Psychologist with almost 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults across complex emotional and developmental contexts that affect daily life, relationships, and self-understanding.
My work focuses on helping clients make sense of their experiences, build emotional clarity, and develop skills for long-term wellbeing, not just short-term relief.
I primarily work with mood disorders, neurodiversity, and self-harm, and I have a strong interest in helping people build a clearer sense of purpose and sustainable growth. I also see a large number of high-performing clients who are outwardly coping but at risk of burnout.
